RESPeRATE uses patented melody-guided breathing technology to relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
The breathing sensor belt records your inhalation and exhalation movements. RESPeRATE converts your breathing into sounds that gradually guide you to a prolonged exhalation and slow breathing. Simply breathe with the guiding tones. With each exhalation, the increased sympathetic activity decreases, “relaxing” the blood vessels to lower blood pressure.
You will feel the relaxing effects of RESPeRATE within a few sessions. Many users see a change in their pressure after the first week. Within 3-4 weeks of systematic use, you have a result that lasts throughout the day.
